DEVIFLY YOGA
 

This teaching practice is focused on Light Body Activation through simple yogic techniques. The codes of sacred geometry that awaken us to our True Divine Selves can be unlocked through intention, breath, movement, mantra(sound vibration), mudra(hand gesture), and creative visualizations.

KRISTINA has always had an attraction to Vedic spirituality, culture, art and music. She spent many years traveling to India doing an imports and design business with a deeper objective to immerse herself in the culture, visit holy sites, experience the deep nature of Mother India, and learn yoga and other spiritual practices. As a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, KRISTINA shares this path of awakening to the True Divine Self through a variety of yogic modalities:

LIGHT BODY ACTIVATION YOGA: using mantra(sound vibration), mudra(hand movement gestures), creative sacred geometrical visualizations to awaken the subtle body

YIN YOGA: deeply relaxing restorative postures intended to create the space for the mind/body/fascia(connective tissue) to surrender into the deep peace

VINYASA YOGA: fluid postures practice linking intention, breath, and movement to create a sense of flow from the mat and into your life

YOGA NIDRA: deeply relaxing yogic sleep or guided meditation technique(usually paired with a yin practice) designed to dive beyond the subconscious to reset patterns and intentions, improve sleep, detach from thoughts, release pain and tension, and connecting with the true self

PRANAYAMA: breathing practices to connect to the power, control, and conscious awareness of our life force energy

VINYASIC HIKING: taking the practice outdoors and into nature to connect deeply with the magic and power of the 5 elements as well as the magnificence of Mother Earth

MEDITATION: using techniques of vipassana meditation, japa/mantra, and pranayama to clear the mind and come into one’s center point

KUNDALINI YOGA: using cleansing techniques(kriyas) with pranayama, mantra, mudra, and meditation to bring the dormant energy up the spine for awakening the true self

BHAKTI: devotional practices such as kirtan, temporal rock stacking sculptures, altar and mandal building

ECSTATIC DANCE YOGA: starting an ecstatic dance session with intention, light vinyasa, moving into flowing dance, and winding down into yin postures and meditation

LEVEL II REIKI PRACTIONER/SOUND VIBRATION HEALING: using reiki, quantum inner child work and sound vibration during savasana(corpse pose) to facilitate and mirror one’s own healing abilities

MANTRA: using the power of sound vibration of the sacred words of Sanskrit(a light coded language) to affirm one's connection to the divine light
